I believe F6 should be 3A SB.
If you replace F6 with the SB and you can power up again, check TP5 on the rectifier board. You should have 43VDC. If no voltage at TP5, then suspect BR3 is bad.
Alternatively, check BR3 on the rectifier board before trying to power up again.
