I have a weird flipper issue with paragon. Right lower flipper wasn’t working. Right upper was. I figured out the lower activates the upper and that switch was pinched closed. So when I properly open that switch neither works because the lower isn’t kicking to activate the switch for the upper. Any ideas where to start on fixing the lower?

I’m not sure how to test voltage. It does move freely. I get that it works standard. I guess what I’m saying is it doesn’t work at all. But the upper flipper does if the lower is bypassed.
