Oh that's the reason? I can think of about 100 other reasons not to live in IL. Asinine traffic is the main one. Tolls, and stupidly high taxes is another...the list goes on and on.

the problem is, that chicago extends about 50 miles in every direction, so this North east corner of the state is all chicago style traffic. Which is even worse out by cities like mc henry, de kalb and such. Seems everyone turns into Driving Ms. Daisy as soon as you get in those cities, as everyone drives exactly the speed limit or under. Holy crap, would it kill you to drive 5 or 10 miles over the limit like a normal person?
