    Geez, tough crowd in here.

    Sorry it involves PAPA, but this kind of lawsuit happens all the time. Yes, even with non-profits. Museums, theaters, etc....

    It's easy in hindsight to say "she should have done X to avoid the injury", but that really stinks to say. Nobody wants to get injured and all the baggage that comes along with that.

    Maybe if healthcare were provided by the government, she/insurance wouldn't have to sue to recover the money. Food for thought.
