    Quoted from Whysnow:

People need a certain amount of personal accountability and if not, then you are a scumbag in my honest opinion to sue in this scenario.

Aren't you one of the people who took a chance on a new pinball startup that was a little shaky in regards to their experience and professionalism? And weren't you one of the ones screaming to sue and encouraging everyone else in on it to sue as well when that company went broke? Shouldn't you have taken some accountability for your unwise pre-order decision?

    Quoted from Whysnow:

LOL. Gotta love when someone does not have the logic to see how a trip and fall in a public parking lot is very different from a company scamming people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars...

I was not comparing the trip and fall to Skit B going out of business. I was comparing your complete lack of accountability for your decision to pre-order a game with some folks who had no experience in manufacturing (much less running a business) with someone who ignored her own accountability for being clumsy.

And that company Skit B has not been charged with any crime much less been found guilty. Seems they were just ignorant about how to bring a product to market.
