    Your going to want it as smooth and flat as possible, any little bump, orange peel, or imperfections will not be hidden only enhanced ...Yes you can get get Latex wet after it has cured.

    That is actually looking very nice, your not just slopping the paint on but thin enough to get full coverage with your 3 red coat...I gotta do a Mati Hari and little jelious
