This Strikes has one of the nicest non restored cabinets I've ever seen and the BG is a 10, very pretty. PF is decent with some mylar placed over the inserts to prevent further wear, I'll give it a 7.

The Playfield has been professionally clear coated (auto grade), why you ask? The original clear was just about gone and some inserts needed to be leveled (this was done and they are now perfect!) and then a multi layer clear was done with wet sanding in-between layers, seriously looks amazing. In Portland for 550.00 Two Gameplan Sharpshooter pins, one was supposedly fully working when I got it (the one with no bg) it booted but was having some issues. The other, my friend tested and said the MPU is good but PF is locking up, the seller told me the wrong drops had been installed (from a GTLB).

I have been amazed to see so much stuff sitting on CL for months and months, I have to imagine that it's at least partly due to the fact that for 6k and above folks currently have so many choices of NIB titles

I can't speak for anyone else here but certainly appreciate it, it definitely holds a very special place within pinball history. Only early Stern would even consider putting out a table so crazy, I'd love to have been at the initial pitch meeting "It'll make you feel like you took motion medication meds". A truly unique game with a one of a kind experience for the player, great that the one you have is a prime example: "it belongs in a museum!"
When I bought my first pin off of Jeff in Fairview, Oregon back in 2010 he had one (and I assume, still has one) right next to the Firepower I bought. We played it briefly and I was in disbelief at the experience of confusion and absolute wonder that it elicited. The story he related to me (still can't confirm it through reliable sources) is that the big wood block the transformer sits on would heat up enough to occasionally cause smoldering and that this game was responsible for starting a fire in either NZ or Australia (need to ask him again) resulting in the largest arcade in the world being burnt to the ground back in the early 80's.
I'd hit up some Stern completists via wish lists here on Pinside of which there are quite a few, I'd also check with the folks at Next Level in Hillsboro as I know they are occasionally into grabbing up some nice early solid states and this machines seems like it would fit their bill.

Little more about the problem,
It’s a Sleic boardset from an IO Moon. I’ve asked a few professionals in PDX but they either declined or are stumped as well.
One plug between the video board and the cpu was plugged in backwards. Sending 12v to the 5v. Now the game boots and goes into attract mode but no switches or dmd work. It needs new rom chips burned as well.
So there’s little to no online help resources. I do have a copy of schematics though. Do you think anyone there could tackle this? Not your everyday problems, don’t mind the drive but would hate to waste anybody’s time.
Selling two of my fav Bally Classics, both in nice shape, especially the Skateball (Gold CPR PF installed) and I would do a package deal for both, would also consider a trade for TNA, Houdini, TZ + cash

Centaur 3900.00 OBO: repro mirrored BG, pretty nice original PF, LEDs
The Shadow 4200.00 OBO: Nice condition, just rebuilt both player controlled diverters and the sanctum mech, no errors, plays perfectly.
AC/DC Premium (2012 build) 5800.00 OBO: New train ramp just installed, train and fireball adhesives on the ramps, custom painted train toy, cliffy on shooter lane and bell, game is shopped nice and plays awesome!
Fish Tales 3300 OBO: Cab art has some of the normal fade, very nice PF, plays great with no errors.
Might be interested in trades, especially towards a Stern Jurassic Park. Thanks!

You might message Deltron (Clatskakie, Oregon which is about a 1hr drive) he's got an auto body shop and is a highly skilled artist and does incredible restoration work, not sure if he's taking on any pinball related gigs but it's worth a shot. Just prepare to wait a few months but boy it is worth it!

Gorgeous playfield, plastics are also minty, backglass is a little rough. Board has been in a box since I got it, not sure if I’ve ever seen a nicer looking Middle Earth playfield. Extra fully populated PF was said to be a prototype, haven’t verified this yet.

You'd need to hire a skilled publicist/PR rep, which is obviously what Captain's Auctions did (money well spent as it even garnered a NY Times mention!). My assumption is that they dropped a pretty decent fee on up front promotion, unless one can create real FOMO and blow the games out in a livestream like they did it's not even worth attempting to replicate it.

Got a few I'd let go of, located in Gresham, Oregon. Looking to make some room so no trades, sorry.
1. Stern Galaxy (1980)
Nice playfield, cab and bg and in working condition, unshopped: 1600.00
2. Bally Atlantis (1989)
day 1 mylar on playfield, cabinet has some nicks, fully LED'd and full set of perfect play silicone rubbers installed. Game comes with uninstalled art blades, full set of cab decals, new ramp, new ramp gate, unopened set of repro plastics by CPR.
*When I folded it up game had a ball trough switch that needed repair/replacement, just rebuilt flippers
