Hey folks! You probably know a bunch of local pinheads put together container pin orders once or twice a year, where we order games from Europe that come in on a shipping container. We are starting to put together the next order, if anyone is interested, follow the link to check out the games, prices, photos and you can make a reservation if you are in. Some basics on a container buy:

-Assume games have wear, broken plastics, hacks, missing parts, etc. Look at the photos carefully. Most work or sorta work, but they need a lot of clean up and some degree of replacement parts.
-Shipping averages $200-$250 per pin.
-Prices are in Euros, the exchange rate does change.
-Games get delivered to Kirkland, WA.
-Payment is due before we sign the deal with the vendor. This is all done by local collectors, no profit, Jon that organizes it puts a ton of work and capital on the line to make it happen. For free.
-There are lots more details, bug me if you want them.

If you are interested in adding a pinball to your house until the scene ramps back up, I still have some machines for rent, a couple more spots before i hit my logistical limit
Most of the more modern LCD and DMD were the first to go but I still have some like World Cup Soccer, Funhouse and a great selection of Solid states and EM machines...

You can contact me directly at [email protected] for up date to list and pictures.
Monthly rental start at $150 with a minimum of 3 month commitment. 10% discount if you rent more than one machine. Rental would need to be within 40 miles of 98052. Delivery to your house is possible at a fee.

Rental will be contracted using standard equipment rental T&C's. This will be under my restoration company (seattlepinballservices.com), which fully licensed and insured for this activity.

We are about to do another container shipment of pins from Italy, 16 new games were added in the last 2 days and we expect about 30 more to be added in the next week or so. If anyone is possibly interested, here are the details:

-The deal will close in the next 1-2 weeks, so you'd need to have the cash now, the deposit is already in.
-Website with the games, condition, photos, etc:
http://container.proludio.com/
-Reservations are made on the website by clicking the I for information for a particular game, please put your full name and contact info.
-Look at the photos carefully, these are routed games and while most work, they definitely have things like hacks, wear, may be missing parts, cracked ramps, and definitely need cleanup. Consider them projects that will take work to shine again.
-Prices are in Euros, the exchange rate fluctuates a little. Shipping is generally $200-$250 per game, depending on the total number of games in the end. Delivery is to Kirkland, WA and it usually takes 6-8 weeks from our final payment.

We've done a bunch of these, these are safe transactions with a reputable seller. These are group buys, no one profits, we split the costs evenly. We do these to bring in more games to our collections, the Northwest and to continue to grow our pinball scene and community.

Excuse the intruder here from San Francisco, but is anyone coming down to the Bay Area from the Portland area or traveling through there who might be able to pick up a game and bring it to me in late August or September? I know things are hard to pin down now with Covid, but I just wanted to check. I would pay for your time and efforts, of course. If so, please feel free to PM me. Thanks.

Quoted from PinballPat:

I am driving South on I-5 from Seattle to Ventura the first week of August. It looks like I'll have plenty of room in my Uhaul and I'm already transporting 1 machine for somebody in San Fran. If you need a pin hauled, let me know. My truck is insured and I have a lot of experience driving semis cross country so I'm no greenhorn. Closer the pickup and dropoff are to I-5, the better. Not looking to price gouge, just looking to help the community. Will need help loading/unloading.

#3716 3 years ago

I think there are some guys from LA renting a truck to take a few pins from Seattle down to LA from the next container purchase. That would probably be late August or early September.

I know of some guys in the Bay Area that need to move some down from that purchase. I have 1 on the list and will definitely be interested in adding mine to that truck going to LA. If you have a contact, please PM me. Thanks!

A bunch of new games were added for sale in Europe and we are starting to pool our money, so this is probably the last chance to get in on the this container buy if anyone is interested: http://container.proludio.com/

#3719 3 years ago

Hi. I am looking for someone who could transport a game from Samish Island to Bremerton before the end of the month. Thanks in advance!

#3720 3 years ago

This is probably last call on the next shipping container of re-import pins coming into Seattle. We are collecting the money right now and finalizing the order. A bunch of new games were added to the list over the past couple of days if anyone is interested in joining us before it's finalized:

Excuse the California intruder, but does anyone up there have a nice Wonka LE you’d consider selling? If so, please do let me know. I can’t find one down in the Bay Area and can arrange pickup thanks to a few folks who have let me know they’re heading this way and can pick it up for me. Thanks.

Posting here because it looks like a machine worth saving. There's a Chicago Coin Casino on offerup here in Portland. OfferUp can be sketchy but this seems legit, he's come down from $500 and replies if communicated with. It's missing the backglass so how easy are those to find/reproduce. Looks like it needs new rubber, easy enough. In a previous post he noted what sounds like the trough ejector isn't working as well.

https://offerup.com/item/detail/915156681/

Like I said, in the interest of keeping as many machines alive as possible I thought I'd post. I'm still a newbie though and not sure I could/should tackle this one, plus the wife would likely make me sleep in the garage with the machine.

#3726 3 years ago

We have a very nice Pat Lawlor classic No Good Gophers, beautiful playfield and cabinet. Backbox has some touch ups around decals.

$5100 USD OBO

Lots more pictures here flippers.com/pin4sale.html#NGG

Must be shipped due to Covid. Border is closed to personal traffic but freight is still moving.

Thanks!

Hi all,

I'm looking to purchase my first pin and I'm hoping to do it locally. I'm moving into a new house in mid August, so I'm not in a huge hurry, but I just wanted to see if there was anyone out there getting ready to sell.

Here's what I'm looking for:

-Good condition/recently shopped since I don't know much about maintenance yet.
-Budget is around $3,500, give or take.
-Pins I'm interested in (but not limited to) NBA Fastbreak Tales from the Crypt Last Action Hero Demolition Man Royal Rumble (WWF) Baywatch World Cup Soccer The Shadow

Thanks!

Welcome to town, Chet. You shouldn't have a problem coming up with a machine in this town. Too bad you're new to maintenance, we have a container buy just finishing up that has several of those titles available. They usually work fine but need to be cleaned/shopped, so not typically for the newbie.

Anyone have recommendations for pinball home rental on the eastside (Bellevue/Redmond)? I've been thinking about potentially giving that a try before I commit to spending five thousand dollars.

There are multiple machines on your list that will run you just over 2k or so, max.

I would buy one of them and learn a bit about maintenance and upkeep while I enjoyed it.

Probably end up spending the same amount as you would renting one (over the life of the Pin) and if it's not for yo,u just sell it for what you are in for.

This is the final call for this year's pinball shipping container order! About everyone has paid up and Jon will be making the final payment to the vendor very soon. A bunch more games were listed this weekend in case anyone wants to hop on in the next couple days, there is still space.

The game list and info is all at:  http://container.proludio.com/
Games in blue are already reserved. For any game, click on the photo button to see photos, click on the "I" button for more info and to reserve a game.

More details: If you join now, you must be ready to pay. Games will arrive in Seattle approximately 6-8 weeks after the final payment goes in and be delivered to Jon's house where we unload and pick up our games. People will be available to help with the power conversion if you need help. And general disclaimer: these are mostly routed games, they will be dirty and may have broken plastics, ramps, wear, parts, burnt connectors, hacks, etc. Read the descriptions, look at the photos, and realize they will probably need clean up and work, that's why they are cheaper. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

“Top Gun” Gold Wings for sale.
In Bellingham WA.
Can possibly help deliver to Seattle / Tacoma.

https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/for-sale-top-gun-gold-wings

Price is a bit high for this game, but I don’t really want to sell it that bad, so please don’t price police me.
If someone wants it then that’s the price I’m good selling it at.

2 more machines found a home for the next few month, rare Stern classics!
https://www.facebook.com/groups/pnwpinball/permalink/3421220031245587/

I have a few older titles left right now, running 30% off/-$50 on the first month rental until 8/9!
Pretty cool EM's and early solid state titles, Stern Magic one of my favorite as featured in the last Northwest Pinball Champs.

You can contact me directly at [email protected] or send me a PM here for up date to list and pictures.
Rental would need to be within 40 miles of 98052. Delivery to your house is possible at a fee.

there's also the West Coast Pinball Collectors Facebook group (members from Alaska to southern California, east until about Utah, and including BC and Alberta.) plenty of stuff that gets offered up only there, but discussions are much wider than just buy/sell/trade. moderately moderated to keep topics civil and relevant.
