Man, you need a lesson in accounting. Bad.
But to sum it up and cut to the chase, a loss is a loss, and a writeoff is a loss.
Losses are bad.
1. Pabst has well over 10 million loyal customers.
2. A lot of regular people don't even know you can buy a pinball machine for your house, let alone how much they cost.
2a. See what pinballs sell for on Ebay.
2b. See what FUN! pinballs sell for on Ebay.
2c. Some of the people on Pinside and in this thread bought their first pin from FUN! on Ebay.
3. If one hundredth of one percent or 1 out of 10,000 buy one, that's a thousand games.
4. And who knows what this means, but there are a billion people in China, and Pabst sells a $40 BOTTLE of PBR over there.
