Gently used P3-ROC controller board and various driver boards with bonus bundles of LED cables and connectors.
80 switches, 60 RGB LEDs, 6 flashers and 1 controller.
I paid over US$1400 for these items.
x1 - P3-ROC controller board (usb to PC, serial lines to drivers)
x5 - SW-16 switch board (each handles 16 direct switches)
x3 - PD-LED Driver (each can do 84 LEDs or in threes, 28 RGBLEDs)
x60 - Multimorphic RGB LED board.
x6 - RGB Flasher board (brighter, with same footprint as LED boards)
x15 - LED Breakout Board (connect between 4 LEDs and PD-LED)

Bonus:
Several twisted pair serial cables for connecting between driver boards and controller.
~15 LED connector harnesses of various lengths to connect groups of 4 RGB LEDs to the PD-LED driver boards. Will save you countless hours of crimping!
