I was just reading about this in pinballnews. I think it is an awesome idea for modders or custom machine builders. It covers the basic machine programming, Rulesets, lightshow and Video. Now someone needs to build a programmable sound card and I think an average person could completely build their own pin. Truly cool. Props to those bringing new and innovative ideas to this hobby.

Being a electronics engineer/tech I find that really cool. I didn't see a price on it. I'd love to have one to tinker with if it wasn't too expensive. I've done some custom ROM programming so something like that would be so much fun for me.

I think it said like $330.

Ya, that's nutZOID. When I found out about that Metallica pinball that was converted from an Earthshaker. Made me wonder. I mean the boards in pinball machines aren't THAT advanced. You just have to screw around with some ROM's and minor tweaking.

So I blew up a board or two.........now someone on EBAY can "BUY THAT FOR A DOLLAR"..

did we all watch the movie robocop or am I just sounding stupid here?
