Im doing an overlay for someone (not my first choice, but its what he wants) and have a question from people who have done them. What do you do around the shooter lane groove? I did one years ago on a high speed and was able to just cut that part out and hide the cut in an unnoticable spot, but this is on a silverball mania and i dont see a good place to hide it. Is it possible to get the overlay to stretch to form to it, or does it have to be cut?

Thanks, grizly, i dont really want to take all that off due to the whole playfield being sanded, so all of that area would be bare wood. Evan, im not sure what im looking at in those pics. Are they both overlays?

    Quoted from gdonovan:

I'm considering a pin that will require an overlay as there is no hard top nor playfield available at this time. Any vendor better then another?
So far the only vendor I can find is on Ebay for this title which makes me cautious.

Sorry, i just saw you posted this. The ebay ones are either good or bad. They are all the same guy. I had 3 sbm overlays before i got a goodish one. After he sent the 3rd that was messed up he went radio silent. Ended up using the best one of the 3. I did a high speed years ago and that one was pretty good, so its a mixed bag
