I just got a new Godzilla premium machine and I am having the exact same issue. I can't get the glass out to save my life. I am BUMMED because I want to play!

OK I was able to solve my problem and here is what I did. I noticed that someone else had success using duct tape. Oddly enough I didn’t have any but I did have some sturdy 20 mm PVC tape I used a few summers back to replace a few landscaping risers. Anyway I applied the PVC tape similar to how another user applied duct tape and it worked.

I still had to apply a great amount of pressure pulling with both hands and all of my body weight in small jolts to get the glass to move.

I didn’t pull it all the way out. Just enough to put the balls in play and ensure everything was ready to turn on.

Pushing the glass back in place was no easy task. I had to do it very carefully and slowly to ensure I didn’t break anything.
