Use a voltmeter on the old switch to determine if it's normally open or normally closed. Probably it's normally open.

Then on the new switch, check for a pair of lugs that act identical to the old switch.

Assuming you want normally open, then when you find that pair, the other lug which you don't want to use, is going to be normally closed
