My parents bought Medieval Madness new in box from a dealer they also had bought Elvira and Mousin Around from, as well as numerous games that had been on route for very short amounts of time.
HUO do exist if that is the question. My parents got rid of all their pins (mostly A-list W/B) because my dad thought the market was overheated five years ago...
As for being in good quality. My parents have/had no idea how to repair anything and games would sit with errors for months until my dad would find a service tech to come out (we were about 50 miles from a metro area). I also never once saw either parent clean/wax a machine. As my dad would say "they're built to be played thousands of times, we play them hundreds at most."
