out of sight pin hold relay never comes on. manually pressing start relay gets the reset process going than control bank relay 'U" chatters as score motor runs. when i hold "U" for a second it fires the control bank relay and score motor stops running. BG has game over and tilt lites on but replay button does nothing.

hold relay measures 34 ohms in circuit

The hold relay would be relay R on the schematic. Check the following switches to see if they are clean and adjusted properly:

Lightbox tilt switch - slate/black wire and yellow/black wire
S relay switch - yellow/black wire and slate wire
R relay switch - yellow/black wire and slate wire

When you say hold do you mean "Hold" (R) or "Tilt Hold (H)?

Only asking cause I"m having a similar issue on my machine but it's H that's not getting power. Same symptoms as well.

Thanks for chymin' in guys sometimes i get lazy and post. clean and adjust the appropriate contacts per the schematics always works.
