From what I've seen, the node board issues really need to be run through Stern. I haven't seen any experts around here like you'd find with the other systems. The community seems to still be learning about the Spike system and how to troubleshoot issues. Unfortunately, it seems like the current resolution with the new boards is replacement. I haven't seen anyone fixing them yet.

I guess the long and short of my response is that there might not be anyone here that can help you with that issue. Best to run it through Stern or your distributor, especially since you're under warranty.
