Nice thread, I'll add my pics of Haunted House and Arctic Gun later.

My gun games. Both work 100%, need cabinet restores though.

    Quoted from DallasPinball:

Wayner, here is a basic description on how EM gun games work.
The way EM gun games know where you are aiming is actually pretty simple. When you move the rifle or gun the post it is mounted on swivels and translates the motion to a stylus that makes contact with a circuit board that has pads that are wired to the corresponding target. Each moving target has a wiper that moves across a circuit board that divides the horizontal area into about a dozen or so target zones. Pop up targets have a switch that opens and closes depending on if it is in position to be hit. When you pull the trigger you are basically trying to complete the circuit through all of the corresponding switches and wiper pads to register as a hit.
Here are photos of the stylus board and the game opened up for service so you can get an idea on how it all fits together.

I just picked up my 3rd gun game to go with my Midway Haunted House and Williams Arctic Gun, CC Twin Rifle. Great game, it's a keeper. Out of space but I can't pass these up!

I'm out of space and need to make room. I picked up a very nice twin rifle project last summer
I shopped it out, repainted and repaired faded and cracked targets. installed a bgresto glass on it. Replaced missing gun chains. Fixed all fluorescent bulbs, 3 backlight and one white in the rear for service. Fixed sit running deer target and now have it working 100%. Located in chapel hill nc in a walk out basement. Will let it go for 1500.
Here's the game before work. Half decent cabinet repaint already on it. Very presentable. 1300 with original glass. 1500 you get both. https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/ot-show-us-your-em-gun-games/page/11#post-2500208

EDIT: Game is SOLD! going to the Asheville Pinball Museum

Not mine but PM me if you are in striking distance of GA. I know of a Haunted House for sale.

I have been on a restoration tear lately and with Hobbit coming I need space. I have a nice original 100% working Arctic Gun I am considering letting go. $1200, added pics on request.

Hey guys some super games on here. I just sold my last gun game, a Haunted House. It worked flawlessly for years but it made its way to Farmville,Va 23901 and on the trip let a gremlin in. Too far for me to make a courtesy call to help the new owner out. It’s intermittently scoring hits now. Is anyone in the area that can help the new owner out? It’s a Christmas gift from a son to his dad and neither are particularly adept at em troubleshooting. It’s going to be something simple, it’s a pretty clean machine. He indicated he’d like to possibly convert it back to coin op from free play. The credit wheel wasnt installed from the owner before me but I didn’t care as it worked fine on free play.
