Looking for a midway duel direction motor for a twin pirates
Quoted from izzy:Looking for parts for a CC Foreign Legion. So far I need a backglass, gun recoil motor, and instruction card. Starting with the obvious.
thx
Bump
Also looking for a CC Foreign Legion stylus arm. Flippers.com is out of stock.
Does anyone own this game? Is there a list of gun game owners on the internet? If anyone owns this game, a photo of the instruction card would work. Anyone know what other games made by CC that might use some of the same parts?
thx
again

KLOV has a list of owners for gun games. I think you have to be a member to see the list.
do you know the dimensions?

I appear to be the only one listed there.

I ended up with a '49 Exhibit Supply Dale gun (Mauser) game (parts game) in a pinball machine deal yesterday (I don't have any gun games). This game was in a wet basement (moisture/humidity) environment so bottom board w/mechanicals has bad rust on most parts. Rust on target motor also. Gun, backglass (fair), mirror, U-shaped metal front, back door and some other parts salvageable. I'm always one to try and save a game if possible but this one is pretty bad. I'm going to try and sell the complete game for $300 to start with (or best offer) or if you want a specific part message me with an offer. If I can't sell the entire game for parts, I'll sell individual parts. I can take more pics if needed - just private message me.

PENDING pick-up (Facebook post)
Added over 2 years ago:Buyer never came through.
This is back up for sale for $300 as a complete game for parts.
Quoted from Gundam_Pilot_:Guessing game. What am I working on? This is a fun one.

Great googley moogley that things a beauty!
Quoted from izzy:Has anyone ever owned or seen one of these brackets for dialing in your gun game? It would be a cool thing to build. This is from my CC Foreign Legion manual.

You can try this. Found it in a Sportsman parts catalog from 1973.
Mike
Thx for that. I already know how to adjust the gun and stylus, I was hoping to find a contraption to hold the gun in place while I adjust the board. Easier to do with two people, want to be able to do it by myself. I'll probably try to make one.
thx again
somewhere on here a guy posted how he built one. I’ll try to find it and send it to you,

Quoted from dudah:Redid the bottom glass for Sea Raider[quoted image]
Dudah you do the best work brother. Appreciate the time and attention to detail. Inspires many to go further on our restorations!
Moving on to my recently acquired One Million BC. I am missing some of the die cut cardboard that covers the T Rex mech. If anyone can take a good photo of it that I could reproduce that would be great or has it that I can buy. It covers the first mech you pull out from the bottom. Since we are in that area, what holds that mech. in? A block and screw?
thx again.
So I’ve ran across a Harvard metal typer that I have not seen before. It’s a Harvard, but I am not familiar with the cabinet design for these machines. The cabinet and base seem earlier than 40’s but I don’t see anything online that matches what I have. The typer itself feels old but the face looks kinda modern? This machine also has mounts for a topper as well, but does not seem to match the pattern of the newer metal typer toppers.
Any info on this, it pictures as reference would be great.

Never seen that one before. This was before the Harvard-Standard merger so 40s or before is about right
Quoted from rod90:I noticed this thread while on exile and wanted to add this one I rescued last year.

I always wanted to find a nice Seeburg Ray O Lite machine. Approx what distance do you shoot from to make it challenging but not to hard?

My basement allows for a 5' distance. I have yet hit 20. If I wanted to make it harder, I could adjust the sensitivity.
I made a quick little Tik Tok showing off my Midway Invaders from Outter Space.
Enjoy! (You don't need an account to watch)

There's a conveyor belt in that beast Dudah. Seen a few vids on YouTube. How was the game play on this monster?
OHEMIO

Running out of space, selling a project 1969 Midway White Lightning if anyone is interested.
Also selling a I.C.E Turbo Drive slot car arcade game.
Message if interested.
Thanks!

Nice job with the video. I restored an example of this game for my line-up for several years and enjoyed it very much.
Quoted from Trizel:Redfive05 I found your video today and then saw you listed a link here. Cool video. No one has a video that explains the gameplay and controls.
Actually, a few years ago, I posted a video demo of the gameplay of Midway Invaders From Outer Space. Here's the link, which also includes a gameplay description in the narrative.

I think I saw that on YouTube. How you play the game I get. But rules and bounds I don't. do you always have 220 seconds to get as many points as possible what are the aliens vs the ship points.
Thanks
