There is no shortage of ignorant people in the world!

I have been in sales, primarily conducted over the phone, for many years. Generally if a person is rude to me, I highly doubt they will ever give me their money. After all, that would put me in the driver's seat to some extent and why would you want someone you have treated rudely to have any power over you in any way? They might suddenly stop taking your crap.

Sellers that are rude are just bad salespeople, that's all.

In your case, I dont think there was anything rude in suggesting you look up the location as you are already on the web and might have been the 20th inquiry that day.

I love lowballers! Usually, I will just email back agreeing to the deal and ask them when they want to come pick it up. When they email back for my address I ignore them!
