Agreed a little bit rude but see it from his perspective could have been the 20th person today to ask.
Also as for customer service these are usually one time transactions from a person not a buisness.
The only time I have report with people long term is when they are fellow collectors.
You want to BS about the same stuff and have a very common interst.
Plus if they are selling pins and your buying pins they want you to come back for the next one.
If they only have one pin and it is not a prized possesion they just want it gone yesterday and cash in there hand already. No offense but mostly I find this attitude in grumpy old men that have nothing in life if it were not for there money and pinball collections.
