Hi,
I found CL to be hit or miss, the majority of the folks on the phone are nice but the condition of the pins vary wildly from their description as does the price. I generally don't ask for more information than needed to determine if an in person visit is warranted. I did buy one pin off CL and the person was another collector so it works out in some cases.
