Quoted from gambit3113:Bears would have beat the Niners today.
LOL perhaps in an alternate universe. Are you kidding me, Niners would of housed the Bears even on an off day.
Quoted from centerflank:Why doesnt CK have a superbowl ring on any of his fingers in those photos?
Rodgers-Ring.jpg 40 KB
Which franchise has more Superbowl wins?? You don't need to look it up it's the Niners. It's our time to shine now you guys had plenty of years. I like Rogers he comes from the California & played college ball here he's a great QB but the Niners have just been a better team the last few seasons. I edited that comment don't want to kick a guy when their down that was a tough loss for you all. The ring will be forthcoming.
Quoted from ecurtz:The Niners have already lost to all three of the remaining NFC teams this season. If they don't go out to Carolina, who has twice the defense of the injury depleted Packers, they'll just end up with another humiliating defeat in Seattle.
Lotta talk for a franchise never to win a ring. I believe we won the last meeting with you all. Just sayin. Plus lets not get ahead of ourselves any team that Drew Brees is on has a chance don't overlook the Saints. Packers are 16-4 all time at home in the playoffs it's not easy to get wins up there come playoffs depleted or not. Pretty silly trying to diminish the accomplishment of going into Green Bay during the playoffs and coming out of there with a win. Just doesn't happen often.
Quoted from ecurtz:Oooh, a 2 point win at home, we're quaking with fear.
Loss is a loss am I wrong? If we beat you by 2 points again would you all not be out of the playoffs?? Okay then.
Quoted from centerflank:Who has most titles? I think we covered that already.
You know as well as I do it is all about the Super Bowls. Just given you a hard time anything can happen in the playoffs. All these close games are driving me crazy as a fan. Come on Deaconblooze I know it was a tough loss but don't hate. LOL your avatar was a championship ring (before you changed it) deep down I think you agree
Quoted from vex:as a seahawk fan i would much rather face 49ers then the panthers. kaepernick seems to have significant problems doing anything in seattle. carolinas defense is a huge step up from green bay. 49ers do have a good defense.
That's just silly but to each their own. I think Seattle's players and coaches would much rather see Carolina. Like I said you guys are overlooking the Saints. I hope the players/coaches don't do that they could be in for one heck of a surprise.
Quoted from ecurtz:Sorry, that trolling was directed at The_Dude_Abides, not Saints fans.
BEN ROETHLISBERGER: BECAUSE THE SAINTS BEAT THE 49ERS
No way they get blown out again, but I do think the Seahawks will probably handle the Saints in Seattle. Even with this weeks win, NO just isn't the same team on the road.
Oh I got it but I pay little attention to overconfident fans especially fans of franchises that have NEVER won an NFL Championship. You would think fans of a team that has never won a Championship would have a little humility. Win one and I'll definitely give props where it is due but until then your still just a team that has never won at the highest level. In all seriousness there should be some great games to come in the playoffs this year with some very talented teams going head to head.
Quoted from centerflank:Oh man, first dude abides comes in here trash talking them starts editing peoples comments, typical San Francisco BS!!!!!
Next he will tell us we cant watch midget porn.
Now your crying some more? Abide by the rules and no editing. Sore loser anyone?
You'd think you'd be a better loser after 4 in a row straight losses to us. Too bad you have to count on another team to beat us and yours couldn't get her done.
Quoted from Pinball-is-great:* moderators trolling forum users
Oh boy got to love this crowd sometimes. Just when I was thinking of rooting for the Saints to beat the Seahawks you throw a wrench into it. Thanks bud.
Here's how I think it will go down this weekend.
Niners over Panthers
Pats over Colts
Broncos over Chargers
Seahawks over Saints
Playoffs are crazy though so all of these could turn out to be wrong.
Quoted from Pinchroma:Panthers are going to hand San Fran an Ass whoopin.. You heard it here first. Kapernick isn't even in the top 15 in QB's in the league. He's a one trick pony. He can run. So could Vick (better than kaepernick) and look where he is.. I'll say it again, running QB's have no place in the nfl. Kaepenick is Tebow just less god and more tats
How we disagree on so much. One trick pony that has led his team to the Super Bowl in his first half year of playing and now wins in the last 12 of last 14 games. To each their own. You saying ass whoopin is pretty funny though given how evenly these teams are matched.
Yup let the whining/hating begin. Like you all drink a gallon of haterade and run through your excuses books to try and hate on a solid win. The Panthers were the ones that came out talking trash after every play and getting up in players grills the first two quarters. It was a good physical football game and I expect the same next week against Seattle. Panthers are a heck of a team I expect there will be some more big time games between them and the Niners in the years to come. Congrats to all the Bronco fans. Should be a fun weekend coming up for football fans.
Congrats to the fans with teams moving on to the Super Bowl. Fun time for you guys/gals. Crushing defeat for me as a Niner fan this one hurt. Hey that's football though. Looking forward to next season and watching a game in the brand New Stadium.
Quoted from tilt-master:....and the Pats sign Revis
With all the CB talent in the draft and free agency I'm sure many fans are good with not getting Revis for one year at 12 million. He is a hell of a player though and I'm sure Belichick will use him the right way to ensure they get the most they can out of him.
Quoted from Erik:Gabbert taking niners all the way!
Unlike some teams we don't need to add high priced free agents as were already in the championship games every year with the talent we have. Just teasing you man please don't take that to heart.
Quoted from centerflank:A bit miffed Packers haven't taken a shot in FreeAgency the last bunch of years, Reggie White and Charles Woodson were 2 of the all-time best pickups ever in the history of the NFL.....If I am TedT, Im bringing in Julius Peppers to talk 2moro......
Kudos for keeping Sam Shields though, that guy is above average, Mike Neal was a solid retain also if they didnt overpay.

Don't panic just yet CF there is a very strong draft class this year plenty of low priced talent to be had there.
Damn man, right now I would be happy if the Niners could stop acting like children and stay on the right side of the law! Just play hard and don't be tools on or off the field. Nowadays we have youngsters that put themselves in situations that get them in trouble and reach the news even when trying to negotiate a contract for 120 million plus. I have a hard time understanding how some of these kids now days can be so foolish.
