If you don't have DirecTV (or even if you do, I guess) the Sunday Ticket U streaming package is $80 for the year after promo code BACKTOSCHOOL
Downside to the streaming-only package is that it's limited to viewing on one device at a time. Though you can do the 4-game "Game Mix" thing.
(And you don't need a .edu or other edumacational email. You just need the college/university, student name, and DOB. How you acquire those is up to you.)

Survivor pool - you select one team you expect to win each week. So long as you're right, you move on, and remain eligible for the yearly prize. The last one standing takes it. Depending on the number of entries this can be single, double, etc elimination.

The ESPN app on the Apple TV 4K box supports multicast, up to 4 feeds at once.
Only ESPN/ESPN+ feeds of course, so not real useful for NFL, but amazing for college football and NHL.

I have the streaming-only version of Sunday Ticket, and for years you could only do 2 games per screen - I just checked the app on the Apple TV box and bam, quad-box!
Hopefully they keep the multiview option going forward when they’re free from DirecTV next year.
