Quoted from Erik:

Fun time to be a Cleveland fan!

Keep waiting for a Browns fan with 6 posts to his name in American Pinball threads to show up and start posting here. Would love to get the Browns Fan perspective on all these awesome developments!

Oof indeed!

They really should rename them the Cleveland Oofs.

Dirtbag was and may still be the only Browns fan or at least willing to come forth.

Quoted from RWH:

Dirtbag was and may still be the only Browns fan or at least willing to come forth.

He’s not even willing to do that anymore!

2 alternyms ago he claimed to be a Dallas fan who couldn’t stop talking about the Browns, and last time around he claimed to simply be an impartial observer who just can’t get enough of talking Browns.

#42904 1 year ago
Quoted from RWH:

Dirtbag was and may still be the only Browns fan or at least willing to come forth.

And yet he seemed very concerned about all of the bandwagon Browns fans that were just about to come out of the woodwork. Funny we haven't seen them yet ...

Browns also have the most cap room for some reason.

Till next year when Watson, Garrett and Bitonio eat $100 million of cap space alone.

I think watson only counts 1m against the cap this year. You might say he's living there.... rent free.

Yep.

Work free too.

Pretty good gig really.

I'm waiting for the "At Home with Baker Mayfield" commercial for Progressive insurance where he hands the keys to the stadium over to Deshaun Watson. Maybe they are holding off because Baker doesn't have a forwarding address yet.

You Browns lovers will be shocked when Jimmy G takes Cleveland to the Super this year.Book it and flog me later.

#42911 1 year ago

Jimmy G is better fitted for Seattle, I think I'd prefer him over Mayfield.

It’s been a while since you’ve suggested any insane Jimmy G trades that being the 49ers several first round picks or maybe Aaron Rodgers.

What gives ?!

Some things are too ridiculous to bookmark. Let the flogging begin now!

His surgery was successful and he passed his physical so Hes going to upgrade the qb spot in Seattle or Cleveland,Saints?.

I talked with Jimmy about Houston and he said his willing to use the on staff massage people.

Likes to keep his sex workers and massage therapists separate. Classy fella.

Only jimmy could date a pornstar and not score.

Slow NFL day.Hows this Adrian Petersen vs Laveon Bell Boxing July 30th.

He’s not an upgrade to any of those teams’ qb rooms.

I really can’t think of any team that could use him as anything other than a backup. Jimmy G for a 3rd rounder at this point?

Edit: ok, maybe Seattle.

But still, why would their long-term plans include Jimmy G and trading picks for him? They may just plan on sucking ass this season and dealing with QB next, when there may be much better options available.

It wont be long until the Commandos need a QB,will he make it out of Training Camp ?

#42923 1 year ago

It’s my understanding that Jimmy G can be released and the 49ers are off the hook.

Let’s be honest: that’s probably the most realistic scenario here. He leaves and 49ers get nothing.

Any other scenario just doesn’t make much sense. Jimmy G sucks, so why would a team who needs a qb trade for him? They’d still need a qb and would have fewer draft picks.

#42924 1 year ago

Baker for Jimmy G seems like a push but it is the Browns and what have the 49's got to lose

#42925 1 year ago
Quoted from CrazyLevi:

Correct. He leaves the 49ers with a $1.4M cap hit which is the remainder of his signing bonus already paid. They wipe $25.5M off the books this year. So he is gone as soon as healthy.

#42926 1 year ago

Wow...some GOOD news for a change for the Washington franchise:

WR Terry McClaurin signs a three-year deal. Thought for sure we had another Kirk Cousins situation here.

We haven't even seen how good he can be yet, considering the trash he's had throwing him the ball for his entire career. Def looking forward to seeing what he can do with Wentz.

Three years at $23 million per, $60 million guaranteed.

In my opinion a great move, locks him up for probably the best three seasons of his career and heads off what would have been a huge distraction all season.

Jimmy gets cut, goes on to suck for some other team at a much reduced salary for a season before becoming a career backup, and 49ers get nothing.

Mark it down! I will be held to account.

Great move by Washington. He's a #1 WR with a good QB throwing to him. And $23M is the going rate now. Now if turkey legs stays healthy and upright.........

Whom the fuck would rather have Baker Mayfield than Jimmy G.
Mark your names down so they are easily bookmarked.

I do like your unwavering support!

I think Id prefer Jimmy only because there seems to be persistent coach and teammate conflicts with Mayfield.

Mayfield will be around a while though. He's the new W.A.T!

#42939 1 year ago

Jimmy G certainly has better stats than Mayfield: https://www.fantasypros.com/nfl/stats/baker-mayfield-jimmy-garoppolo.php

68.3% vs. 60.5% completion rate

I dunno, I never watched Browns games, they've always been terrible, I've watched alot of SF games and am way more familiar with Jimmy G. What makes people like Baker more when statistically he's worse?

Yeah his support is so unwavering he floats fantasy Jimmy G trade scenarios weekly !!

Kinda like someone who is trying to sell a WWE posting about what an awesome game it is.

With our luck they're gonna end up on the same team and we'll never settle this!

The answer is in your response. The Browns are terrible, the organization is a mess. Baker took this mess to the playoffs. The 49ers are a top notch organization and they are moving on from Jimmy. I don’t think Jimmy could have taken the Browns to the playoffs and I think Baker would have beaten the Chiefs if he was a 49er.

#42944 1 year ago

I just want Baker's TV commercials to disappear. I'm glad Brian Flores didn't get his wish for pervert Watson to be in Miami.
