Calling it cooties is childish and insensitive, hundreds of thousands of Americans have died from it.

My wife says this about me constantly.

...sneaks back into the NFL thread, skipping over about 787 unread posts,
with the New Orleans Saints scoring 24 or more points in ea of the first 3 games, and sporting a 1 and 2 record.

Next up: Saints at Detroit Lions, Noon ct on Fox. Saints favored by 4 points. Go Saints!

Washington Somethings leading the NFC East at 1 & 2, w/ a div win.

Go Joe B. == Go Bengals! Loss-Loss-Tie, Game 4: Bengals favored by 3 over the Jags at Cincy.

Go K.C. Chiefs, beat the Patriots!

Which of these teams will get their first win of the season?: 0-3 Broncos at 0-3 Jets, and 0-3 Vikings at 0-3 Hou Texans.

Giants and Falcons probably going to lose again, and then be 0 - 4.

Whaaa? South Park fans get in to watch the game?

Quoted from Pinball-is-great:

The only positive coverage for the Broncos this season has been cardboard cutout related. Looks like the devil kept his dick in his pants, very decent of him.

Can’t see them losing to the Jets despite the spread, so I think they’ll pick up a W this weekend.

#25462 3 years ago

The Bengals are favored, sounds like vegas looking for sucker bets.

#25463 3 years ago

Everyone knows to only bet on the Bengals against the spread. That’s where they always perform well. Haha

#25464 3 years ago

The Bengals will get their first win of the Burrow era this week.

#25465 3 years ago

I hope you’re right. He’s earned it.

I am so glad I subscribed to NFL Redzone so I am not stuck watching the Jags/Bangles game Sunday.

#25467 3 years ago

I understand the teams are dogshit but Minshew v Burrow could be good. The Bengals Browns Thursday night game was actually pretty exciting.

I hope my boy Josh Allen doesn’t kill Burrow. Put him down gently Josh!!

Was there a buffer built in before the playoffs? These teams don't share a bye, so it seems like there will need to be.

#25470 3 years ago

Ten vs Pit ppd until a later date in the season

#25471 3 years ago

We need an NFL double header...hahaha.

Just heard they are moving steelers v ravens to week 8, so Titans v steelers can be week 7

I don’t know, the Bangles are fun to watch. Susanna Hoffs is having a good year. And Debbi and Vicki Peterson are beasts on the defensive side. Reminds me of the Bosa brothers.

Tuesday night football? Let’s do it !!

In this wildcard COVID season with it's twists and turns, why not have games every night of the week?

Networks probably have full schedules, but get the tech giants (Twitter, Microsoft, Roku, Twitch, Apple, Tik Toc Toe, etc) to stream them like Amazon does on Thursday nights.

More football = better?

Do players really need 7 days between games? They probably do need a LOT of recovery time to prevent injuries, but who says it's 7 days? Teams wouldn't play every day of the week like Baseball, but they may play twice depending on how the schedules line up.

A while back I think I read the league reserved superbowl sites for the entire month of February.

#25477 3 years ago

So dumb. Pitt has to give up a late season bye for this shit?! Not good.

But I guess everyone had to agree to everything before the season. Wont be the last time.

#25478 3 years ago

XFL is coming back in 2022, but no one cares.

#25479 3 years ago

A 16 game schedule was a mistake. THey should have made it like 12 or 14 to better allow for these disruptions. Baseball has made a million similar changes to their hallowed game and nobody cared.

I'll admit after 3 weeks, I was in a total state of denial. Wow, it really is that simple, and they are gonna pull it off!

This is a painful reality check. Like Coach Vrabel said, "it's nobody's fault. We are in a pandemic here."

Oh right. Was so busy enjoying football I had forgotten about that.

Coach Belichick vs Mahone's should be a doozie this weekend! Doubt anyone can stop that kid.. but Bill might come up with something.

This should be a good battle between two great coaches...that hurt a little to say as a Bills fan.

#25482 3 years ago
Quoted from Who-Dey:

If we get the #1 pick again (and we might) i say we pick Trevor Lawrence for a backup in case Burrow gets killed.

Damn I remember when you said this, somehow doesn't seem so crazy now.................

#25483 3 years ago
Quoted from RWH:

Damn I remember when you said this, somehow doesn't seem so crazy now.................

Why is that? It’s still batshit crazy. Haha.

Bengals could go 0-16, get the number one pick and have 0% chance of drafting Lawrence.

#25484 3 years ago

Bengals fans....relax you've got your QB.Now you need to protect him and give him weapons. That is paramount.

#25485 3 years ago

Relax guys I kid I kid I just said it in jest.

#25486 3 years ago
Quoted from Slugmeister:

Bengals fans....relax you've got your QB.Now you need to protect him and give him weapons. That is paramount.

And maybe start with the protection or you might not have a QB left once the weapons are in place.

But also relax.

Some people dont understand what a joke is..

#25488 3 years ago

Trevor bowl on tap in 15 minutes.Good or bad football is a sedative.

#25489 3 years ago

These 2 teams are awful, Bengals will not have the #1 pick next draft.

#25490 3 years ago

Darnold may have a broken collar bone....

Quoted from Jaybird815:

Dont bet the farm on that! Anything is possible when it comes to the Bengals.

#25494 3 years ago

BS PI there - where is the defender supposed to put his arm when running at full speed?

#25495 3 years ago

The receiver was holding on too

#25496 3 years ago

And so concludes the short but exciting career of Brett Rypien...

#25497 3 years ago

Denver's O.C. should get in there and take some snaps. Just run the ball.. And why is the jets coach calling time outs? Prolonging his NFL career?!

#25498 3 years ago
Quoted from Jaybird815:

100%. Bengals still get to play Washington & Cleveland.

Quoted from CrazyLevi:

Bad teams = good game ?

Finally coming around to the XFL huh?!

#25499 3 years ago
Quoted from Dee-Bow:

And why is the jets coach calling time outs? Prolonging his NFL career?!

He is a joke. I think I read a stat somewhere that showed he had more double digits losses than wins of any kind.

I don't understand the infatuation with him, he hasn't shown he can win anywhere.

Quoted from CrazyLevi:

So I saw a bit of the beginning of the game. He was getting plenty of praise, playing really well. I fell asleep, and woke up in time to see his pick 6. His career lasted about as long as my nap.
