Hey guys, I have a very unique Stern Quicksilver machine with a different backglass than others I've seen. The difference in the glass is in the "Match" feature, which is supposed to light up, but is masked off on this one? (The Match name is covered in the gray paint, yet you can still read it is there, see pics). This is so that it can not light up as usual? Also, note the black area around the green is different around the match feature. However, this backglass is an original and is flawless, even at the bottom of the glass where flaking commonly occurs. I know the glass isn't a reproduction as I know the history of this game. Also, this playfield features no paint and the game plays super fast because of it. There also seems to be some different color inserts in the return lanes, as these are purple and not the same color blue as the spinner lights are. Just curious if anyone's seen another original backglass like this? I'm also really curious to see the back side of the new reproduction backglass. If anyone has a reproduction backglass, please post a close of the match area. My last pic is of the glass where the "Match" should be able to be seen with a light behind the glass. I just find that strange that they would have the "Match" blocked off on this glass? Anymore info about this would be great, thanks!

Not sure of all the complete history behind it, but it sure is a unique game, and a very fast playing game too.
