That's definitely cut out of a magazine, you can see the crooked trim job and the text is cut off. Even the border on the top and bottom are cut off. Personally I always thought magazine cut outs definitely don't count as flyers, most of the time it's one sided with a totally different ad on the opposite side. Never understood the mentality of cutting out a magazine ad and trying to fool people into thinking it's a real flyer. Anyway it gives me an opportunity for a cheap plug for my flyer website, I scanned all these in myself, you can see what the original is supposed to look like:
