Lloyd,

I don't know where else to turn on this one. I've got the 112th Orbitor 1 produced (serial # 1111 - they started at 1000).

Just recently, it started saying (Yup, I've got the voice module) "Service me!" and showing " 70 70 " in all the score boxes.

To make things worse (or better if you think more info is better), it's also thinking that the ball keeps getting captured again and again. It's like it's not a "clean" capture. So it keeps saying "Sky ball caught".

When that is happening, the next ball play is not initiated. It just waits, thinking that play is still in progress.

I've tried master resetting the machine and taking out the batteries, etc.

Nowhere in the manual or schematics do I see a "70" error. Or what initiates the voice module to say "Service me!"

Do you know where I might look next?

Thanks!

Yuri

Dear Yuri

I have no idea on the code 70.

I would suspect if there are capacitors on the switches. Some are shorted. If not, then I still suspect an issue such as shorting to your switch matrix.

LTG : )
