Amazing restore as usual Dave! You just keep getting better!

Thanks!

New L4 ROMS are in and cleaned the cabinet up really well. Installed the Pingraffix blades.

After 3 switch adjustments and a blown fuse for the left flipper, it’s been 25 games and a nasty outlane monster.

Love this. Great detailed pics. Im going to tackle a restore and wonder: how difficult was ths swap compared to others. It seems sorta easyish? Not a lot under the playfield. Your thoughts, op?

#57 1 year ago

It’s not bad but I think TZ is pretty easy so I’m not the best to ask. It’s not difficult. If I can do it, anyone can. Just helps to have the right tools and use the Kruzman kit to prep any holes before putting a screw in.

Hey this is a fantastic thread, well documented and your end result is gorgeous. Will definitely be a reference for my daughter and I while we get ours underway.

Quick question: you said your art blades are by Pingraffix but when I go to their site, they don't match. Their design has tables and booths which don't align well and frankly look terrible IMO, especially the void under the tables. Unfortunately their site says "updated" on this design. Were your blades an older run, or did they perhaps come from somewhere else?

They may no longer be offered. I believe the owner got these a few years ago.

This thing is gorgeous. Absolutely worth 8k no question. If I was closer I'd pay it. Fantastic.

Dave do you have any rough ballpark what the entire harness, boards, pops, etc cost if someone was going to build one from scratch?

#64 12 months ago

No idea.
