Pre ordered the Hobbitt LE today. I called and they said they had less than 100 LEs left, so I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. I am very impressed with WOZ and hope to get one next year (met my allowance from my wife in 2013), so it made my decision pretty easy since I am more into the Hobbitt as a theme. I've have had one NIB pin before, but I have never done a preorder, so I can imagine that the wait will seem like forever, but the anticipation is kind of fun too. They anticipate shipping the games about this time next year.

very exciting. I'm still waiting on my WOZ to show up so it's tough to fork over more. But It looks like the game might end up costing my $8,500+ if I don't commit soon. First world problems haha.

congrats on the purchase I'm sure it will have awesome GI.

Agreed...if our biggest problem is waiting on a pinball machine I would say life is pretty great

Hobbit will be awesome from what I hear . There is no way it will be available next year thou . The anticipation will turn from fun to frustration.

Congrats. I don't especially care for the WOZ theme, but the games are extremely well built and packed with fun features. I'm not a pre-order kind of person but I'd seriously consider this if its on the same level as WOZ.

Yeah because JJP seems to always deliver on promises made.

When I cancelled my preorder on the Hobbit I heard the same thing, almost sold out. That was freaking six months ago! Seems like again JJP trying a old lack of inventory ploy when in fact it's just a very old tactic to pressure you into a sale. Similar to price raises that did not happen as announced. It's all a bit silly really, if you have some level of intelligence you can read between the lines. Or visit a local used car lot and have a similar buying experience.

Best of luck on your preorder hope you get your game as promised.

I'm pretty intelligent, which is why I don't buy my pins at a used car lot.

You seem bitter and/or disappointed, so I'm guessing there's something else going on.

Ya he has been bitter twords jjp for a while.

I've been in sales for a long time, and certainly know that saying that the supply is low can create a sense of urgency and emotion that leads to sales. The bottom line for me is that I just want is a fun game to play that is made well and I enjoy. The timing of when I get it doesn't matter as much and the quality of the final product. WOZ is a great product that is made extremely well in my opinion and worth the wait. Based on that, I believe the Hobbitt will follow suit and be worth the wait. If it's 2015 that fine with me, as long as it's a great game.

No.

Because I was at the factory in June. Saw what they were doing and the set up.

Since then they have at least doubled production.

And they can have more than one machine on that line.

So I believe they could have hit the license date next June or later next year when the last movie release got moved and so did the game release.
