Wow I was woke up this morning with multiple messages from customers who saw this thread. Thanks for the heads up

We are OrangeCountyPinballs.com out of Fullerton, CA and have a brick & mortar store.

Daniel Buenrostro is no way associated with us.

We have dealt with Sticky and he is a stand-up guy who bought a Champion Pub from us years ago.

Please do not confuse us with this big cluster.

Quoted from NiftyLED:

Sorry, it was 100% the other way around as far as i know.
I didnt even know about Evan

Here's proof we registered domain prior to Daniel.

Quoted from pinmister:

and the website is abandoned making Evan whole and not tarnishing his future reputation.
I mean seriously when he did a search for orangecountypinballs and it came up as used in domain search -did a little light go on in his head that said I will just call it orangecountypinball -that's disgraceful.

Nate Daniel NiftyLED please cease and desist using the domain OrangeCountyPinball.com

I will wait for Sticky to make arrangements and we will pick up this machine.

Thank you

$100 per day, not $10.
I mean we will work this out. The nice thing is surfsidedetail is close to one of my businesses so it's perfect but he said he's busy.
Still, he's the kind of pinball expert I trust to inspect this game.

For all transparency we will document the pickup with photographs.

Thank you

What about the domain name change? (fills gas can)

Yes this needs to happen immediately as well as all phrases and references to Orange County Pinball, OrangeCountyPinball.com . I do not want to be associated with these types of shenanegans. Anyone that knows us know we value our reputation and our client base extends far past the confines of Pinside.

The beauty of Pinside is that we all help each other out as several lawyers had contacted me asking if I can use their help.

I hope it all works out for you Joseph aka Sticky.

Thank you Buzz for picking it up sooner as we are slammed with holiday deliveries!!!

Quoted from Colsond3:

You're the man Evan. And working with legalities myself on a daily basis, I don't quite understand why they have the domain name they do when their company name is NiftyLED.

I don't know what the deal is but they need to stop intentionally confusing my customers.

When I have multiple customers calling, texting, stopping by the shop to ask me yesterday what was going on that is a PROBLEM.

Post pictures of the game once received!!!

Quoted from Who-Dey:

So are you telling me that Nate had no idea that Daniel had listed Josephs game for sale? I really have a hard time believing that just to be honest with you and if that's true then Nate is not paying attention to his business. Nate has to also share the blame for having his game for 3 years.
If I was Nate and I cared about this business then I would put a muzzle on Daniel and not let him respond to any customers if there is a dispute because he clearly doesn't know how to control himself and make rational decisions.
Also if I was Nate and cared about the business, I wouldn't take 2-3 years to fix a customers game. Nate is just as guilty as Daniel for the terrible customer service. Hopefully they can both learn from this and become a better business and more importantly better people.
P.S. oh yeah, and Nate knew about naming their company pretty much identical to another company's name in order to deceive and steal customers away from the other Orange County pinball company. Don't forget that!

Again Nate Ortega and Daniel Buenrostro we are all happy Joseph got back his machine but now we have another HUGE issue to resolve.

If you have been riding the coat tails of our success and intentionally deceiving customers looking for the legitimate Orange County Pinballs in Fullerton CA we will be taking action.
