Not going to pass judgment as I dont know either person.. Sounds like there is are a lot of fkd up things about this.

How the hell can a restorer only want 1850 when there's that much in parts????

Any chance it could be another one of the other 18k plus Bally playboys out there and he was using your pics as reference. Probably not, but just saying ......... any possibility ?

I understand that...... What Im saying is, are you sure he not restoring another one and is using your pics as reference because its not finished. Ive seen that happen before. Not saying thats the case here, but could it be a possibility.

Evidence or not its still in the realm of possibility...... Very glad your getting your game back and hopefully its what one could expect for that kind of $$$$ laid out. Fingers Crossed.

If thats the case I would be VERY hesitant of paying and shipping that game. Too many variables.

Instead is there any chance of having him buy you out to what you have invested.

There is a heck of a nice one in MD with all new parts..... Just a thought.

Restores dont make great money. Even if your really great at and it takes you a month to do a 10k game and you have 5k in parts. Most of us here make 5k a month with less headache and more consistency.
