    Beyond the mechanical tune ups that should always happen, I would add a slight 'mod' being to extend the stroke slightly (maybe and 1/8th inch) giving a bit more control, cradle possibilities, and a little more flipper in the way as ball approaches from the sides to prevent drains down the middle. Is this cheating? Maybe, but the games are pretty tough to begin with too!
