Quoted from Vdrums:I like oppo as well - still have one of their bluray players. I'm still on the fence about a bluray 4k player. My local video rental store doesn't carry 4k titles and I don't want to purchase a bunch of titles I probably won't watch a second time.
Vdrums, I completely understand, and streaming is not the same as media disc, I own both, I will watch on OPPO if I am watching from my entertainment TV, Apple TV is good for my treadmill.
Some words of wisdom, not all 4k movies are true 4k, very useful site =

I only pick up select new titles, like almost anything Marvel or Star Wars, I typically wait until they tank in price, I buy most my 4k's for 16.66 or less, 3D movies go for loads more than 4k's.
I dont watch alot of general TV or stream, maybe some youtube about new products. I only got the Apple 4k TV since I am an Apple user & I redeem my digital copy of movies and buy some movies on bundles when Apple reduces the price.
Movies are a my thing, I prefer to own media, Amazon has a buy 3 for 49.99 price making them 16.66 each, great deals. You have to watch it weekly they add and remove movies a lot.
