Contemplating trading my FH, which is player's quality and has a new cpu for a BSD with a little fade. Fade isn't too bad.

Both work 100%.

THoughts? Cash either way?

Those seem pretty darn even. Maybe one of you buys the other a beer?

Just my 2 cents, but I'd keep the FH. I don't enjoy playing BSD, part of it is the artwork. Not sure how much cash, but if I had a FH and was considering such a trade - I'd want cash + BSD for my FH.

Good luck.

I'd do it straight up, in a second, but then I don't like FH even a little bit.

I have and love both of these games, but would give FH the edge. FH is also generally worth more than BSD. I think about 3k or so for a players FH and maybe $2.2k for an average BSD with minor fade. If it was me, i'd want some cash with that BSD.

I also think you should have a little bit of cash coming your way in that trade. Funhouse has gone a bit stupid lately, and while BSD is up in price, it's still a sub-$2k machine, while Funhouse is over $2500.

Really depends on condition of both machines.

Does players quality mean typical insert lifting and playfield wear common to FH?
Does Drac have common insert edging? Mist work 100%?

I do agree that in today's market BSD seems to be about $500-1k less than FH.

I own a BSD and want a FH but I wouldn't trade mine for a FH just due to playability.

I own FH. I've owned BSD. I would like to own it again. I agree that similar conditioned games, would be at least $500, to maybe $1000 more for the FH.

You need some cash on that deal like 500 or so depending on condition. Watch the Bsd for planking, notorious depending on the pf manufacturer.

FH has classically been worth more. BSD for the longest time was one of the most 'bargain' WPC game.. right along with DemoMan. BSD has gotten a bit more love in the last 10 years tho than it did early on as it's respected for the punishing and big payoff for 30millions. But many people sell them because they don't like how punishing the game is.

FHs were routed harder.. and all the inserts made for many with horrible playfields.. so having a nice one was very desirable. But repos were finally made and a great looking one wasn't as rare as it was prior.

If you like a challenge.. BSD is great. Funhouse is approachable by casual people.. but its still tough to get multiball.

FH is more collectible... and the price typically reflects it.

I own both. And love them both. I would keep the FH and buy a BSD if it is possible for you to do so. Money and space??
