OK looked at Scared Stiff it was routed at some point only because it has bolts in holes in coindoor. works 100% not burnt molex connections. looks great. seems like flippers are little weak. guy wont take less than 3000.00 what you think. went ahead and picked up this one while i was there.

Without any major issues, 3K is a steal. Go steal it.

#3 10 years ago

I believe it is a real good price, if machine nice, all the better.

For a routed SS if it plays needing shopped 2700 to 3000

If you do not mind me asking what did you have to pay for your TZ ?

#5 10 years ago

Nice TZ - and if you have the funds, take the SS too - 3k is high end of reasonable.

#6 10 years ago

Scared Stiff in nice condition is easily 3k to 3.5k

Good Luck,

I paid $3800 for mine 6 month ago...So GO FOR IT!

#8 10 years ago

It's a good price based on the info you provided.

#9 10 years ago

Congrats on the TZ!!! I think 3K for routed SS in good working order is a pretty fair deal.

Good price from what you describe. Here's some things to check:

Bulb under boney beast ramp. It tends to melt it in one spot. Not much fun to replace it, but it's better than getting a new ramp.

Slingshot plastics. They tend to break on the bottom corners.

Wear around the spider hole, skill shot and lock. Cliffy's take care of those.

Broken bones over the spider hole. If you're somewhat lucky, there will be a metal bracket installed to prevent the ball from breaking the bones when it's launched out.

Original flippers have bones on them. That's something I always look for.

Of course, wear on the crate decal. Very common. Little Shop of Games has an exact replacement.

Make sure the spider spins, stops and the correct bonus is awarded.

There's more, but that's all I can think of for now. Good luck and post photos!

He's just missing one frog. Great looking unfaded cabinet.

Nice grab. Just to note, those lock bar holes are factory on Scared Stiff.

Great pick biglaw.

Vedy nice! Your slingshot plastics are in great condition. I would install a couple of washers in the corners to prevent them from breaking.

I also see you have one Cliffy installed. You should get two more for the skill shot and lock.

Your crate decal is in FANTASTIC shape! Great looking SS!
