I have a Jolly Jokers , which is the add-a-ball version of 3 Coins. Fast playing machine when set up properly. Wide drain between the flippers is challenging and the swinging target is a fun feature. 3 Coins is a somewhat rare machine and I'd buy one at private party pricing...
I can only speak from a mechanical aspect for the machine.
Expect the backglass to be difficult to remove. The back internal board will be difficult to remove.
The hole from the cabinet to the internal head may be cut wrong or too tight.
If you rebuild the pop bumpers they will still play slower than say a 1970 Williams.
The flippers if rebuilt will be snappy and alive.
Make sure the ball lift mechanism works and the ball sits even in the trough for consistent delivery.
Early 60's Williams were cool games but primitive compared to what was available by the 70's.
