Why do we need adult threads on a pinball site? Isn't that what xtube is for?

    #13 9 years ago

No but, it's a pinball website.

Why is it so hard to just keep it classy guys? We don't need nude pics to share in the love of pinball. If you do then you then their is a deeper question at HAND?
To me it comes down to being a grown up. Evidently that's tough for some of you. Sorry but, all of this talk is nonsense. Just man up and quit posting the crap. It is NOT needed in here. Keep it to pinball and keep the off topic threads clean. It's pretty simple.

I just find it funny tht guys spending $8,000 on machines are worried about posting boobs? Especially when some of the pics could be their daughters? What are we 12?

All of this talk of kids???? Not the problem. They're not many in here. How about good old fadhion CLASS!
Many pinheads lack it. Bowen is absolutely correct. It's a turn off to many. It looks and is trashy. Get over it and just quit posting the crap. Show some class and respect.

Having a black heart from not donating to pinside in not classy either....

You have zero clue what I've done for pinside and pinsiders. Ask around.

    Quoted from CaptainNeo:

who's to say what's class and respect? Who makes the guidelines for such things?

Common sense is all it takes. If anyone thinks it not low-class to post nude pics on a public forum about pinball imo is lacking respect for others. Honestly some of the pics I've seen are the same age as your daughters... It's low class and it's porn not pin. I Don't mind porn but, this isn't the place for it. Imo

    Quoted from bkerins:

This is a forum for pinball. The forums for women in bikinis, nudity, and bestiality are somewhere else.
Pictures of girls in bikinis from a pinball backglass, terrific. A picture of a girl in a bikini duct-taped to a wall, or a girl's legs being fed through a meat grinder? What the ...?
As wayner said, examples like these demean the whole pinball community. A friend said that a place like Pinside was a "unique opportunity to interact with other like minded individuals who are at remote locations to talk about a shared, common interest". And big thanks to Robin and the moderators for creating this space.
But this opportunity is going to waste. As it stands now, you can't just enjoy Pinside by being a fan of pinball. You also have to step through a pile of locker-room crap. It's a huge barrier: many people just don't want to deal with it, so they're gone. Others wade through it. Most of the feedback I've received from friends is that I should do what they did: leave. But I still wade through.
Thousands of new players are starting to play pinball, and presumably that means a lot of new people visiting Pinside. Does what they see here represent pinball positively or negatively? How many of them give up on the pinball community because of what they encounter in this forum?

    I agree.
