Operators...what games do the best for you?

GOTG does well for me JP does not surprisingly

JP Stern too new. Still honeymoon phase. So far so good, but no one knows if it has legs legs. Report back in 12-18 months on that one.

Basketball and brewery? Seems tailor-made.

Every city, bar, location, etc... will be different.

Been doing this 6 years. You best game can become your worst game by moving it to a different place in the line.
Your worst game, can become you best by swapping to a new location.

The reality is that you will occasionally find a game that does well everywhere. That is rare.

We dont want anything to do with them, but touch gamblers make more in 1 month than pinball does in 12. I have seen the numbers from multiple locations. If you are in it for money, you should run nothing but gamblers and claw type junk.

That's awesome. Funhouse is a very iconic and recognized machine. There are many theories to operation however I will say that one theory I see proven most often is the thought that a customer only has (x) amount of dollars to spend at a site per visit. So if customer (x) has $10 you will to spend, you as the operator will get $10. So now it comes down to coin box earnings per unit. There is a ton of math in this but basically once the money goes through the changer, the majority of customers will not increase their budget.

Back end logic is how I built my business from 10 sites to hundreds. Either way I think overall at 10,000 ft newer games bring players in and get a location recognized. Then the rest usually takes care of itself.
