    Anyone running route in BC?

I’m looking to give back or at least take a shot at promoting the pinball culture in my area. However, when I went to a few different insurance companies in town to inquire about covering my ass, I was faced with blank stares and long “Uhhhh’s”... But that’s fair as it’s a small town and a unique circumstance.

So, if you operate or know someone who does here in BC, I’d love some insite on where you get your insurance.

I’m really just in the beginning stage of gathering my rough estimates, but hit my first road block.

For what it is worth I paid ~$700 a year (IIRC) for general business liability insurance when I had a route in northern BC in the early 2000's.

I just framed it as needing liability insurance for my business.

I am not sure if I would have been covered if one of my games went up in flames or something terrible like that, BUT I was covered if someone tipped a game onto themselves.

Thanks for the reply man, and glad to hear we finally got a league going on in Vic. Just too bad I moved to the Kootenays haha.

If anyone else can help chime in, even through a PM, it would be greatly appreciated!
