It is fairly straight forward. I would suggest mounting the motor as far as possible away from the cabinet wall. The suggested mounting place for the board is on the cabinet side above the motor, and mounting the motor away from the wall will make it easier to get the cover off the motor.
I would also suggest moving one of the weights so they are 90 degrees rather than 180. I had issues with mine when setting the game to maximal setting with the weights at 180 degree.

I got it installed pretty sweet the game is already wired for it.
I'm on max settings and sometimes when I drill sandman it shakes pretty hard
Rattles the game a bit if you know what I mean did offsetting the weights fix that?

yeah...allows you to set the maximum game shaking while not making the machine feel like its going to shake apart
