    Quoted from jdoz2:

Ya I think so. Those roller type switches that are in the sword lock seem to be pretty flaky too.

I had the Balrog switch fail and replaced all the fork switches.

That is true. We have to roll quarters which is a PITA.

I use a Klopp coin counter. I can fill a roll of quarters in 2 seconds. I got mine from a local op that bought it new in 1974 and still works great. The Klopp company has pretty much been building the same designs for 80+ years and still offers parts and repair. I also have a new electric counter but like using the Klopp hand crank more.

I also use plastic counter tubes for small stops.

So, what are your 'must have' repair tools for on-location jobs?

pretty much every tool i've ever used and might use i keep in a tool bag for the road. I just throw everything in and it's a mess but works great for me. I have 100 CRTs so lots of the tools are for vids.

Does anyone have feedback on the Titan Competition Silicone Rings for heavy use?

I've asked lots of ops and haven't heard of a lawsuit yet because of pins. The only problem i've ever had with pins was someone jacked up their knee on a pingulp in a dark bar so i started mounting them facing the side of the games. lucky for me it was a family employee of the location and not some jerk wanting to sue me over it.

I refuse to operate boxing and dance games because of stupid people, it's just not worth it to me.
