Just wondering how hard do you have your pins setup? I have a T2 out and I have noticed there are a few good players but overall a lot of low scoring games. I know there are a bunch of kids playing and I don't want them to get too frustrated. I was watching for a while the other day and they were getting pretty hammered. Mine is at factory settings now but I was thinking about making it a bit easier. My theory is the kids will play it more if it is not to hard. I was even thinking about going to 5 ball. Thoughts?

Thanks for the info ryanwanger. I have played with the pricing a bit, used to be $1 a game now the same but 5 games for $4 and that seems to have helped a bit. I'm going to leave it for now. It should not be too easy!

I 'm hoping to get another site going soon. At our one site three of us have pins there, one each. The second site will be just mine and I want to have a more modern lineup. If/when I get that up and running I will put some info about how popular I find various games. BOP has done really well at our current location though!

Do any of you have a contract of some sort to prove ownership of your pins in case the business goes bust and assets are seized? I'm a little worried about my location. Is there any language or advice you can share?

I have a little gas soldering iron that is quite useful. Very nice not to have to worry about a cord. It heats up quick and is very good for simple jobs.
