Wouldn't call him a bad customer. I think many would agree his approach was pretty extreme. I was in the same situation as KPG until January 4th, but never even considered publicly lambasting Stern pinball, even though I waited 6 months also. They are good people and will make things right. I don't doubt that his constant Stern bashing didn't help the situation.
Could Stern (and maybe Trent) have put more effort in resolving this quicker? For sure.
Is it taking too long to fix these issues? Absolutely. Even Stern would tell you that over a beer.
