I purchaced my first pin a month ago. I am a electronic tech. I have a Williams Flash. Had a problem with switch matrix blowing 74hct9114, found bad diode. The game only play one ball. I have tried setting the # of balls to 3 or 5 neither works. the setting hold in the game adjustments by the coin door but game ends after one ball. It has the rottendog 327-1. Is it possible to reset the rottendog.

Quoted from ForceFlow:

That doesn't sound like a setting, but a problem with the board. Have you tried contacting rottendog directly about the issue?
