Buddy Heron "doughslingers" does a lot of business in NC and is a good guy. I have purchased numerous pins from him. Probably better off buying out of state (Buddy is in VA and will deliver it to you and have it set up) so you don't pay sales tax. I've used Automated and Game Exchange of Colorado for NIB purchases also with very smooth transactions.

I'd also try to meet some other local pinheads. They might be able to hook you up with some good, reliable used pins that have already been dialed in and play well. Buying NIB does not mean "no problems". Sometimes it's better to buy a good shape HUO pin as they will likely cost a little less and have the kinks worked out. That said, I buy too many of both types!
