Robocop has pf flashers that are linked to back box flashers. MY ed209 pf flasher will work, but only If I remove the two back box flashers. The flasher also is very dim in comparison to others. When I put all three bulbs in none work. The boards were just repaired so I know its not the board.. I dont know if this is voltage related or a wire issue.

Boards repaired
All new bulbs

I suspect if all the other flashers are working, most likely a connector vs fuse holder then ?

Quoted from Tuukka:

All three flashers are in parallel. You have a problem in flasher driving circuitry, not supplying enough current for 3 flashers at a same time.
Check related connectors and fuse holders.[quoted image]

Is it correct to assume it’s either the grey orange, Vio orange, or brown wire that would cause the reduced current..

I checked for continuity in all the connectors.
The voltage at the flash sockets is 35-40 for all of them..
Is it possible a bad socket in series would cause the issue? It would have to be one in the back box

Quoted from gdonovan:

Ground the tab on the transistor, if the flashers are bright look there.
Or replace the flashers with LED units.

So when the tab is grounded, I get the same result. The flasher under the pf is lit but dim ( led) and the other 2 dont turn on...

Quoted from Mad_Dog_Coin_Op:

Do you have the correct bulb installed?

I believe so I tried both 89's and led flashers...
I tried using the bulbs from working flashers and swapped them to be sure..still nada

Ok when I ground the sockets in the back box I get full led light

When I try ground the pf light board socket , and I made sure I was in the controlled wire side, it sparks and doesn’t light. Blew
Fuse once as well. It does that for the other neighbor flasher as well. Could that mean issue with the connector pins on the light board?

Maybe someone can point me where to look next. It’s a long weekend .
The 3 flashers in parallel ( 2 in back box, 1 under) all have 35-40 volts
All 3 can be grounded at the socket and work
With leds, in test mode they do activate but almost no light
Ground the transistor and all light but same same..very dim
I have continuity with all the wires..

Ppb board lamp resistor was the issue. It was pulling 80ohms instead of 3..
