I've noticed that I use two fingers per button in most cases. Middle & ring fingers to be exact. I call it "the reverse Vulcan" for lack of a better term.

Two if you want the flipper to go up....one if you're playing pinball.

Seriously, I use two & I'm no slouch.

Is that with the PF face up or face down?

I use one finger when driving in IL, and M.O.

    #10 4 years ago

when's someone going to mention "the shocker"?

You gotta check with SpeD66 on that one.

I know the title of this topic is "suggestive" but I am truly curious to know if I'm the only guy that keeps two fingers on the buttons. And I'm a decent player.

add a poll (not a pole)

Couldn't pass up the opportunity earlier, but yea, one button, one finger.

Done. I thought about some extra options in the poll, but figured that wasn't such a good idea.
Might also be interesting to know which finger, for folks who use only one. Jokes aside... if I didn't use two, I'd rely on my middle fingers. Funny how the brain works.

    You mean your flipping fingers?

    #20 4 years ago

What exactly are we talking about here?

    #21 4 years ago

So what most are saying is they use two fingers on each hand?

    Ménage a wow!

    #22 4 years ago

Looks like a tie so far. Not many votes though.

    #23 4 years ago

I use one finger at a time but will alternate between the index and middle.

    #24 4 years ago

I prefer to use the whole hand and just slap the s out of the game.

    #25 4 years ago

Index finger only. Funny thing is after all the thousands of games I've played, I had to go check to be sure. Vote registered.

This thread calls for some Steel Panther!!!

    #33 4 years ago

I change depending on how much mouse clicking I have done recently. Sometimes the tip of my pointer finger gets really irritated from the mouse.

    #34 4 years ago

    One finger or two?
    Try two thirds.

Middle finger, so index is free for a magna save

    #38 4 years ago

I used to use my middle fingers only, but for some reason the second flipper button on the right side of starship troopers makes that feel weird, so I've been trying to re-train myself to use index fingers on the main flipper buttons and my right middle finger on the second flipper button.

    #41 4 years ago

I've had this debate with my buddy. I'm middle finger-only. He's two fingered. (I forget which two though)

Clearly I'm right and he's wrong.

    #42 4 years ago

I use two fingers: index and middle.

    #43 4 years ago

Check some of the older comments, probably won't like mine.
