I recently rearranged my line up and since I have a new digital level, I checked the pitch while I was at it. My Sterns were all around 5.5, so I raised them all close to 6.5. The play seems more lively in general. But one bad side effect seems to be an increase in air balls. The ball seems to hit the glass more often on all my games. Usually coming off a post rubber, or a slingshot, or some missed shot. On IM I need to adjust the monger cover again so that it's more flush in the down position. But I'm seeing this on all games. I also added a few early SS Bally games to the same power outlet, could that effect the power of the slings or flipper coils?
